Fleas
If they are found, the groom may be stopped. An additional $20 charge will be added to cover the cost of deep cleaning the salon.
Matting
Kindness over vanity. If matting is found, it can take time and expertise to remove these without undue stress to the dogs. If they are too severe, I will call you prior to discuss shaving the affected areas. Matting fees may apply.
Cancellations & No-Shows
By booking your appointment you accept these terms. Life happens and I understand you may need to reschedule. Please provide as much notice as possible, if you cancel/don't turn up within 24 hours of your booking you accept forfeiting your deposit.
Ample notice gives other clients the opportunity to book in and fill the spot!
