Cancellations & No-Shows
Life happens and I understand you may need to reschedule.
Ample notice gives other clients the opportunity to book in and fill the spot!
A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 50% of the booked service.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend the appointment (no-show), will incur a charge of 100% of the booked service.
Matting
Kindness over vanity. If matting is present, additional time and care may be required to remove it safely and without causing undue stress to your dog. In cases of severe matting, I will contact you prior to proceeding to discuss shaving the affected areas as the most humane option.
Additional matting fees may apply.
Fleas
If they are found, the groom may be stopped, and an additional charge will apply to cover the cost of deep cleaning the salon.
Payment
Payment is due within three days following completion of the booked services. Cash or bank transfer is accepted, however you accept when making a booking that if payment is not received within three days that the card on file will be charged.
